Winning Digital Customers: The Antidote to Irrelevance Becomes a Wall Street Journal Best Seller In It’s First Week of Publication

The latest book by FROM founder Howard Tiersky, Winning Digital Customers: The Antidote to Irrelevance, today became a Wall Street Journal Best Seller in the Non-Fiction Category in its first week of publication.

Each week The Journal ranks the top 10 non-fiction books and Winning Digital Customers came in as Number 2 last week, beat out only by the book Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey.

Tiersky was quoted as saying, “I feel very fortunate and honored to have been included by the Wall St. Journal on this list, and if this recognition encourages more people to use the book to assist in the transformations of their organizations then I am even more pleased.”

Tiersky bears no ill will towards McConaughey for beating him, adding with a wink, “Greenlights is a great book and I encourage everyone to read it! But only after reading Winning Digital Customers

The CIO of Avis Budget Group, Gerard Insall has this to say about the principles covered in Winning Digital Customers, “I’ve worked with Howard Tiersky for years and have seen his practices in action. They work! If you are in charge of any aspect of digital, this book is your road-map. Howard and his team have been applying the principles in this book at The Avis-Budget Group for over five years with spectacular results. No matter what industry you are in, I highly recommend using this book as a guide to your digital transformation.”
