Former JCPenney, Pep Boys Marketing Leader Joins FROM’s Executive Roster

Veteran marketing executive Scott Allen, who has led omnichannel strategies for brands like JCPenney, Ralph Lauren, Victoria’s Secret, Pep Boys, and Dollar General, is joining FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency as Senior Vice President for Client Solutions.

Allen honed his retail expertise as a marketing manager for JCPenney and Victoria’s Secret before taking on a key leadership role at Pep Boys, where he led a digital transformation initiative that drove a 25% revenue growth and a sixfold increase in stock price.

He went on to hold senior marketing positions at Capgemini, OSF Digital, and an eBay agency, overseeing digital transformation roadmaps and innovative customer experience strategies.

In his new role at FROM, Allen will leverage his extensive experience to cultivate strong client relationships and formulate robust digital strategies. His deep industry knowledge, coupled with his ability to drive innovation at Fortune 1000 companies, positions him as a valuable asset to help clients achieve their business goals.
