BROADWAY INBOUND 

It just got easier to bring your whole group to Broadway.

FROM designed a brand new responsive website that is the ticketing home for group buyers, tour operators, and the travel industry.

Broadway Inbound is the premiere Group Ticket Sales service for Broadway shows and other associated entertainment venues in NYC and other select markets. The redesign addresses the needs of the tourism professional that has been the staple of Broadway Inbound's business. We made an outdated and outmoded website responsive and more accessible as well as streamlined the customer’s workflow so that they can be as efficient as possible.There have also been major enhancements to help the casual user bring a group of people out for a night of entertainment.

Broadway Inbound is the premiere Group Ticket Sales service for Broadway shows and other associated entertainment venues in NYC and other select markets.  

Great lengths were taken to simplify the group ticketing experience and be as transparent and easy as possible. We completely revamped the ticketing request flow, and added communication services so user are never in doubt what the status of their order is. There is also an ever growing collection of digital content covering general information about the Broadway experience. On top of that we wrapped it together in a brand new design language that Broadway Inbound will be using online and elsewhere in their marketing.

The new responsive website produced several positive results.
