Mall of America engaged FROM with developing a vision for an omnichannel next-generation digital experience for guests visiting the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination. FROM worked with MOA to identify new business opportunities through digital channels and envisioned a connected and consistent journey as guests move between touch points. FROM is developing core systems, touch points and APIS  to support  their mobile app, website, wayfinding, and kiosks.
