The latest book by FROM founder Howard Tiersky, Winning Digital Customers: The Antidote to Irrelevance, today became a Wall Street Journal Best Seller in the Non-Fiction Category in its first week of publication. 

Each week The Journal ranks the top 10 non-fiction books and Winning Digital Customers came in as Number 2 last week, beat out only by the book Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey.
