BroadwayInbound.com, the premiere group ticket sales service for Broadway shows, wanted a new design that not only addressed the needs of the tourism professional, but simplified the group ticketing experience for all types of users. FROM made the outdated and outmoded website more accessible, and streamlined the customer workflow to be more transparent and efficient.

Responsive Mobile Designs

Along with the revamped ticketing request flow, FROM added communication services so users are never in doubt about status of their order, and a new, continually expanding collection of digital content covering frequently asked questions and general information about the Broadway experience.

The new site replaces both the previous Broadway Inbound site, as well as the separate Telecharge Group Sales site, and launched in early October 2016.
