He will be tasked with helping clients get closer to their customers and win through digital reinvention by developing the digital strategies to create new and optimized current digital experiences.
Bob brings a history of success in creating and delivering digital transformation that leverage data & analytics, disruptive technologies, customer behavior and brand values to enhance customer engagement, differentiate the experience and achieve measurable ROI. He has a successful track record of building businesses that assist clients in creating differentiated experiences and increasing revenue and profitability through digital transformational change across a variety of industries including high tech, automotive, healthcare, life sciences, financial services and retail industries.
Prior to Samsung SDS, where he was responsible for the overall customer experience, strategic account sales and customer success in implementing disruptive technologies, Bob led the Smarter Commerce Public Sector Practice for IBM, focusing on multichannel selling, inbound marketing, big data insights and digital experience. Before that, in his role as a partner at EY, he restarted and led the North America Customer Operations practice, which helps clients automate their front office for digital change. Bob is also a founding board member and adjunct faculty of Rutgers University Business School’s Customer Experience program.
